Learning to Abide for VERY LONG periods of time in the Heavenly Regions
The first bubbles of Enlightened Consciousness, in the Eye Center, usually only last for a few seconds. By the time you reach the Crown Chakra these bubbles can last for days/weeks at a time. In the Heavenly Regions these bubbles can last for months at a time.
